If you have received your canvas and have changed your mind about purchasing it, you are entitled to return your canvas for credit subject to the following conditions:
- You must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- You pay any return delivery charges.
- Goods are returned in good condition and are in a ‘re-sellable’ condition.
- The goods must not be a personalised item such as a purchase from ‘Your Photos’ or any other kind of bespoke design.
The Colour settings and the type of your computer monitor that you use to view your image, have an influence on the perception of how your image should look. You should be aware that unless your computer monitor's colour settings have been calibrated professionally, they may look different to the final print supplied by us. As we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept colour reproduction as a valid reason for return. We also cannot accept pixelation or bad photography on your part as a valid reason for return.
In the case of the 'Photos to Canvas' service we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind as these have no re-sellable value.
With sales from the gallery, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you would like to exchange your print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer free postage on all UK orders but obviously this is something we do have to pay for, if your canvas is returned to us because you have changed your mind we will deduct £10 from your refund to cover our postage costs, however we are only human and although it hasn't happened yet, should your order be defective and the blame lies with us, we will cover all postage and re-printing costs.
